Contemplation of body ⏳
Contemption of body is one of The establishments of mindfulness. It consists of six exercises comprimising fourteen meditation subjects. These are:
- mindfulness of breathing
- contemplation of the four postures
- clear comprehension of activities
- attention to the unattractive nature of the body
- attention to the great elements
- the nine charnel ground contemplations
